super vapezilla rip off Posted by Neinddyen on Apr 26th, 2007 I purchessed this vaporizor 8 months ago and the glass inside the unit broke. I sent back to be repaired and they told me the heating element was shot and the glass was broke during shipping. Thats bull crap the glass broke off when I was using it. There was nothing wrong with the heating element. They wanted me to send them money to replace the glass that should be under the one year warrenty. The thing kicked ass when it was working. Wicked roots ripped me off. You can not buy any spare parts for this unit because they want you to send it in to them so they can fix it then they try to charge you extra. |
